To register, please fill in the attached registration form and e-mail to woollybison@rogers.com. Deadline April 14th. Please make cheques payable to WOOLLY BISON SPORTS INC. Send to WOOLLY BISON SPORTS, 300 Regina St N. Apt 2-712, Waterloo, Ontario, N2J 4H2. Note that each member of the team will be required to sign a waiver form *before* they step on the field. These will be collected at the first game. |
